We view each of our client relationships as a partnership and as such our support does not end with the delivery of our business intelligence (BI) solution. We provide guidance not only in how to use the system itself but provide education and training on how to interpret and use the platform to its maximum potential. Our conversation with you is continual and we encourage our clients to ask more questions of their organisation and of us.
Our solution is also managed in-house, meaning that maintenance, support, troubleshooting, etc. are provided by the same individuals that built the platform (no overseas help desks!). We work with our client to design a support package that best suits your requirements; if you only need fortnightly reporting and occasional tech support, that’s what you’ll get, if you need your data live with 24-hour tech support, we have a solution for that too.
